On Tuesday morning, Dr. Subhasish Ghosh, a doctor from Uttarpara, tragically lost his life in a road accident at Santragachhi Bridge in Howrah district. Dr. Ghosh, who was on his regular commute to a nursing home, was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a dumper near the Kona Expressway. Eyewitnesses reported that the dumper was moving at high speed, and the collision resulted in fatal injuries to Dr. Ghosh.
Dr. Ghosh was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead by medical personnel.
